Breathwork is becoming more and more mainstream by the minute.  With that said, the technique at the core of Source Method is one that's still mainly offered in more deep healing spaces. While we love and appreciate that, the fact of the matter is, not everyone has access to those spaces, not everyone is ready for a deep healing journey, and not everyone resonates with energy of the spaces facilitating these journeys.
That's where we come in.Â

Source Method® aims to bridge the gap between this profound work and non-traditional industries, spaces, and niches. We aim to make breathwork accessible (by offering sliding scale pricing so that everyone can experience breathwork), approachable (by being strategic in the types of containers we curate and with whom we partner), and FUN (by using modern music in our sessions, aka music that you love, music that makes you feel).

This practice excels at releasing stagnant energy from the body due to repressed emotions, unprocessed trauma, and stress. When we "drop out of the mind", we unlock the body. When we unlock the body, we heal.Â

I'm a Latina/Iranian wellness entrepreneur, founder of Source Method®. In 2020, I discovered the healing power of the breath after experiencing profound personal loss, and life hasn't been the same since.
