What to expect:
Whether you’re new to breathwork or looking to deepen your practice, this class series will help you connect, heal, and grow.
Our Source Method® Breathwork classes @ Bow Market are tailored for ALL levels! We pride ourselves in creating a warm, welcoming environment so that whether it’s your first experience with breathwork [or with us], or you’re a regular at class, you WILL walk into the room and feel comfortable to either try something new or settle into the experience.
We recognize that traditional breathwork settings may NOT be for everyone, which is why we’ve re-defined the experience to make it approachable, modern, and accessible. We combine a 3-part breathing technique with modern music to drop you out of your busy mind and into your body, release what doesn’t serve you, and access the infinite wisdom of deeper levels of mind!
Some classes you’ll breathe to an R&B playlist, others may be to Indie, Pop, or Folk! Trust that whichever class you decide to sign up for will provide you with the experience you need in that moment.

Hi! I’m Sabrina.
I’m the founder of Source Method® and will be your facilitator for each class in our “Breathe @ Bow” pop-up series!
I discovered breathwork in 2020 after losing my dad, father-in-law, and job all within one month. It helped me heal my grief and completely shifted how I relate to myself and the world in a way that was truly life-changing. I knew I had to share this work with others, so I got certified in 2021, and have been facilitating ever since!
I deeply believe everyone deserves to experience the profound healing power of breathwork, which is why I’m passionate about making it accessible to everyone. At Source Method®, we aim to make breathwork modern, approachable, and FUN!

No experience is necessary! Our classes are beginner-friendly, and we guide you through every step of the process. Whether you're new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, you'll feel comfortable in our space.

We recommend you bring a yoga mat (or something to lie down on), and wear clothes you can breathe in! We provide the rest.

Our classes are designed to be inclusive and safe for most people, but if you have any concerns, please consult with your healthcare provider before attending. We always recommend listening to your body and honoring your personal limits.

We recommend if you are pregnant that you refrain from practicing Source Method® Breathwork.

Each session is led by Sabrina and includes a welcome + overview of the technique, a guided mini meditation to relax, and a guided breathwork practice, paired with curated modern music to enhance your experience. You can expect to feel relaxed, grounded, and potentially experience emotional release.

It’s common to feel deeply relaxed, centered, or even a bit emotional after a session. Be gentle with yourself, and hydrate well. Everyone’s experience is different, and we encourage you to reflect on any insights or shifts that arise!

You are welcome to drop into a single class, but we recommend attending the full series for the most transformative experience. Regular attendance allows you to deepen your practice and experience more lasting shifts.

If you need to cancel, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for late cancellations or no-shows. Please reach out if you have specific concerns or questions about your booking.
